Are these dates final?
They are the dates companies have notified to the exchange. A company can reschedule, so check the company's own announcement close to the day.
Why do results matter?
Results update the numbers behind a stock, and prices often move sharply on the day. That is a reason to know the date, not a reason to trade it.
What does Audited or Unaudited mean?
When the notice says so, we show whether the results are audited. Quarterly results are usually unaudited, with limited review.
Where do the numbers come from?
NSE's public corporate calendar, collected twice each weekday. If it cannot be reached, the last good data is shown with its date.
