1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to anyone who accesses the Market Dekho website, uses our tools (including the Super EMA indicator, crypto screener, and SIP/Lumpsum calculators), joins our Discord or Telegram community, downloads our guides, or enrols in a mentorship program (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. If you are enrolling in a paid program on behalf of a minor, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Nature of the Services

Market Dekho provides financial education content, tools, and community access. The Services are educational in nature. They do not constitute investment advice, portfolio management, or research analyst services, and using them does not create an advisor-client relationship. See our Disclaimer for full detail.

4. Free resources

Free guides, e-books, and the Super EMA indicator are provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial, educational use. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Paid mentorship & programs

• Access to paid mentorship or courses is granted for personal use only and is non-transferable.
• Session times, curriculum, and format may be adjusted by Market Dekho from time to time; we'll make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants of material changes.
• Refund eligibility, if any, will be communicated at the time of purchase. Where no specific refund policy is stated, purchases are treated as final given the immediate access to educational content granted upon enrollment.
• You are responsible for how you apply what is taught — enrollment does not guarantee any trading or investment outcome.

6. Community conduct (Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp)

When you join our community channels, you agree to:

• Not share unregistered investment advice, guaranteed-return claims, or unsolicited stock/crypto tips to other members.
• Not use the community to promote unrelated products, services, or schemes ("pump and dump" behaviour, referral spam, etc.).
• Treat other members respectfully — harassment, hate speech, or abusive conduct may result in removal without notice.
• Understand that views shared by other community members are their own and do not represent Market Dekho's position.

7. Tools & data accuracy

Our calculators, screener, and indicator are provided for educational reference. Third-party data (e.g. via CoinGecko) may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors, and we don't guarantee accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use these tools as a starting point for your own research, not as a sole basis for any decision.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Market Dekho name, "Dekho Bhai" branding, guides, indicator code, videos, and written material — is owned by Market Dekho or used under license, unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content commercially without prior written consent.

9. Third-party platforms

Some Services are delivered via third-party platforms (TradingView, Discord, Telegram, YouTube, Google Drive, WhatsApp, etc.). Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms, and Market Dekho is not responsible for their availability, policies, or conduct of other users on them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Dekho and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including trading or investment losses — arising from use of the Services. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to community channels or paid programs if you violate these Terms, without obligation to refund except as required by law or as separately agreed at purchase.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
